It is a day of pilgrimage and coexistence in the place of the old railroad station. The neighbors come with their horses and wagons and spend the day in the fields between omelets, stuffed eggs and breaded steaks. It is traditional to visit each family stall to taste the new wines of the season and the cold meats from the last slaughter.
